Los residentes de San José no pueden vivir solos: necesitan asistencia para comer, moverse, bañarse, tomar sus medicamentos. Este hogar es quien se la da, todos los días. El sismo del 10 de agosto dejó la estructura comprometida y eso afecta esa rutina: espacios que ya no se pueden usar, riesgos donde antes no los había, y personas con movilidad reducida que no pueden salir solas si el edificio falla.The residents of San José cannot live alone: they need help to eat, move, bathe, take their medication. This home is what provides it, every day. The 10 August earthquake left the structure compromised, and that disrupts the routine: spaces that can no longer be used, hazards where there were none, and people with limited mobility who cannot get out on their own if the building fails.
El daño es urgente. Aquí viven personas que dependen de otras para todo, en un edificio agrietado.
